Tracy DeBellis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500, level 2 yoga therapist, and certified integral life coach who uses a variety of skills and experience grounded in yoga philosophy to facilitate positive changes for others She has been a student of yoga since 2001, graduated from Health Advantage Yoga Center's 200 hour yoga teacher training program (under Doug Keller and Susan Van Nuys) and received her 500 hour certification and level 2 yoga therapy training from The Yoga Life Institute’s Comprehensive Yoga Therapy Program in Wayne, PA. While Tracy finds joy in bringing yoga’s healing techniques to people of all ages and backgrounds, she is particularly energized and inspired by her work with women. Thus, Tracy’s yoga therapy practice focuses primarily on mamas and mamas-to- be — including prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga for fertility.
She studied MAyurveda (Ayurveda for mothers) through MA Yoga, received prenatal yoga training at Tranquil Space Yoga and Beloved Yoga, children’s yoga certifications from Karma Kids Yoga and Radiant Child Yoga, and her fertility yoga certification from Pulling Down the Moon. Additionally, Tracy is a certified integral life coach through New Ventures West and continues to study with The Yoga Life Institute working towards her level 3 yoga therapist certification (820 hours as required by the International Association of Yoga Therapists – IAYT).
Tracy uses her varied education, training and experience to create sacred and healing space for women to explore growth and development in all phases of their lives. She believes that yoga and yoga lifestyle techniques can help us become aware of and more fully honor the Divine Mother within.
