East Meets West Yoga Center

Ladan Judge

I was first exposed to yoga at the age of nine and throughout the years trained in various styles of yoga, meditation and healing arts. Yoga has helped me understand myself and my purpose in life, while giving me the strength to achieve it. Throughout my life during difficult times and dark days, my practice has led me back into the light and reminded me of the love and joy that lives within each of us. I share this truth through my work and I’m honored to be part of spreading these teachings with my students. Ladan has been working as a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Practitioner since 2002, providing group and individualized care by blending her knowledge of homeopathy, ayurveda, nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
