"It is my conviction that our fitness regime should be the embodying element of our highest ideal of life. What's the use of financial success if you wake up at night grinding your teeth and can't fall back to sleep because of anxiety? Inner Axis empowers you to achieve not only optimum health, but also happiness and meaning. The method encompasses principles that integrate and harmonize the mind, emotions, and the body. It is a synthesis of yoga and other key disciplines, distilled for 21 years into a system that changes lives."
