Sarah Plummer Taylor

Sarah Plummer Taylor, MSW, ERYT-200/RYT500, YACEP, is an established leader in the field of resilience building and holistic wellness. As a speaker, instructor, and consultant, she guides busy professionals, leaders and top organizations around the world, including the US Department of Defense and FORTUNE500 companies how to find clarity and build stronger, healthier lives.

A U.S. Marine veteran who deployed twice to Iraq as an Intelligence Officer, Sarah is the author of Just Roll With It: 7 Battle Tested Truths for Building a Resilient Life. Sarah holds a Master’s in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia. Additionally, Sarah is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, is an ERYT200/500hr-RYT registered yoga instructor, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

Sarah absolutely loves teaching yoga in a variety of settings – group classes at studios, private therapeutic sessions, at conferences and summits, and for service organizations. She believes that although yoga isn’t always “sunshine and butterflies,” an element of joy is key to practice. She’s been told she has a unique, fresh, and fun teaching style, and prides herself on offering modifications and adaptations for any practitioner.

Her work has been featured on Capitol Hill and in noteworthy news and entertainment outlets like the Katie Couric Show, NPR, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, MSNBC, and others. In addition to speaking, leading workshops, and running a holistic behavioral counseling practice through SEMPER Sarah®, Sarah volunteers extensively.
