Meghan Joyce

Meghan has been a student of yoga for 8+ years after finding her love for power vinyasa and savasana in college. She loves the challenge of learning a new pose, the feeling of bliss by activating the body through movement, the unmatched mental health benefits, and the sacred time for self-care and self-love that one achieves through practicing yoga. She has explored and taught many different styles of yoga including hatha, yin, yoga for athletes, bikram, and yoga nidra.

Meghan loves the power of incorporating music into yoga practice to elevate poses to the next level. She brings a fresh and positive energy to class to transform the mind and body.

Meghan earned her B.S. in Biology and received her 200-RYT certification from the Drishti Yoga Teacher Training Institute with focus on the yogic principles of life, pranayama, pose sequencing, anatomy, alignment, and guided meditation. She has also received her Integrative Health Coach Certification from IIN with a focus on balanced nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
