I went to my first yoga class in 1999 and fell in love – in love with the sound of my breath, my body in motion and the profound simplicity of the connection between the two. This connection offered me a sense of peace that previously I had not known. Each time I rolled out my mat, I felt grounded, empowered and free. The more I practiced, the more my awareness grew and these feelings wove their way into my daily life. Fueled by my own self discovery through yoga, it is with great humility and good humor that I share the practice that has meant so much to me. Lynne is a certified 200 hour Prana Flow yoga teacher and registered as an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She has advanced training and a special interest in adaptive yoga and is a professional member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Lynne received her 200 hour certification from Shiva Rea and is currently immersed in the 300 hour Advanced Viniyoga Studies curriculum with Gary Kraftsow. She has studied advanced anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff, yoga therapy with Doug Keller and adaptive yoga with Matthew Sanford.
