Kim Cregan had dabbled in different styles of yoga over the years when she was first introduced to Max Strom’s Inner Axis method. With dedicated breathing practices, clear and concise instruction, and no music, this straightforward, Hatha yoga based approach made a lot of sense to her. And it worked! Kim would always leave class feeling like a beam of light. Bottom line: she was hooked. Seeking more knowledge, she decided to go directly to the source, and was honored to be accepted into Max’s teacher training.
Having achieved a 200 hour RYT certification, Kim is eager to share what she’s learned with others, and is grateful for the opportunity to work with her local community at East Meets West Yoga, where she continues to learn from her fellow yogis, to be inspired by her students and to deepen her own practice.
