East Meets West Yoga Center

Dawn Curtis

Dawn brings a compassionate and nurturing feel to her classes, and creates and holds a safe space for her students to experience deep and profound awakenings.  Yoga allows you to switch on the luminous, intuitive and creative part of yourself.  By connecting to the luminous parts of ourselves, we discover and experience the truth that everything we need to know is within.    Her intention is to become a catalyst for transformation and growth, and to help students find their individual paths towards a healthy mind, body and spirit.
