Chris Liss (RYT 200) believes that the key to resolve any challenge lies within. Since discovering yoga in her teens, Chris has realized that the total mind-body practice gives her the physical, mental, and emotional strength to greet life’s challenges. Her light-hearted, dynamic classes allow students to take an inward journey through a vigorous Vinyasa practice of breath initiated movement and leave the student feeling invigorated, refreshed, calm and alert. Yoga is both a physical practice and a “dance with the higher self” that connects us to compassion, kindness, and peace. When not on the yoga mat, you will find Chriss practicing kickboxing and martial arts with her two teenage boys, hiking, enjoying movies with her husband, or attempting to prevent the chaos that ensues when the family’s rescue Sheltie tries to herd their four cats!
