A yoga practitioner since 2007, Alina believes compassion and kindness are integral to practicing yoga and she weaves these themes throughout her classes. Combining her passion for furthering the well being of children and her studies in global and community health, Alina teaches classes where children feel valued, free, creative, empowered, and encouraged to delight in others’ successes. Incorporating her background as a gymnastics instructor, Alina creates a safe environment for children to stretch and test the talents of their bodies and minds. In 2013, Alina completed her 200-hour teacher training with Gioconda Yoga and the Yoga for Kids and Families training with Rainbow Kids Yoga.
